About Rachel

Rachel McNeil

EXECUTIVE COACH

I work with high-achieving professionals who are ready to elevate their performance without burning out in the process.

As a Board Certified Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with over 15 years of experience in the human development field, I bring both depth and practical expertise to my work. I’ve supported leaders, entrepreneurs, and ambitious professionals in navigating pressure, gaining clarity, and executing at a high level without sacrificing their well-being in the process.

My work focuses on helping clients move out of overthinking and into intentional action. Whether they’re facing a career transition, stepping into leadership, or feeling stuck despite their success, I help them cut through the noise and make aligned, confident decisions.

About Me

Through my coaching, clients consistently experience increased clarity, improved productivity, and meaningful forward movement not just in theory, but through tangible action toward their goals. One client shared that coaching helped them become more mindful and intentional in how they communicate and collaborate, leading to consistently more positive outcomes in both their professional and personal relationships. That’s the kind of shift I aim to create – practical, noticeable, and lasting.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, I design and lead programs focused on burnout prevention, stress management, and high performance. I also facilitate workshops and presentations for students, professionals, and organizations, equipping them with practical tools they can apply immediately in both their work and personal lives.

My coaching style is direct, grounded, and results driven. I’ll challenge your thinking, support your growth, and help you build the habits and mindset required to operate at your next level, consistently.

What sets my work apart is my ability to combine strategy with self-awareness, so you’re not just achieving more, you’re doing it in a way that’s aligned, sustainable, and fulfilling.

If you are curious to see if there’s another level of clarity, balance, and impact available to you—you’re in the right place.
